Meadows Trim Saw

Backed by a century of fine products, this is the first of a series of Trim Saws built by Meadows.  We want to be your complete supplier for sawmill equipment.

• All electronic setworks controls trimsaw.  You choose the settings. Easy
  changeable program settings.  Choose your settings, press the button -
  ZOOM!  Saw goes directly to your setting.
• Feed is variable.  Feed is fast for 1" boards or slow for 6" cants.
  (cuts 7 1/4" thick with 26" saws)
• Saws can be removed quickly to pass boards through.
• One power connection to a 460 volt 60 AMP disconnect supplies
  power to everything.
• Controls are mounted on a remote pedestal.  The pedestal is
  attached to the Trim Saw via a flexible cable for easy moving.
• An emergency stop button is located on the control panel.
• Your Trim Saw can be equipped with a Webster Vibrating
  Conveyor to remove the trimmed blocks.
• A floating support can also be installed between the first and
  second saw.  It is setup to always remain half way between the saws
  to support a long board.
• Trim Saw includes all motors and starters.
• All electrical components are UL listed.
• 2 - 10 HP Trim Saw motors
• 1 - 3 HP brake motor that moves the saws.
• 1 - 2 HP motor that drives the board chains
• 1 - 1 HP motor on the vibrating conveyor
