The 8 Inch Household/Light Commercial Stone Burr Mill
Capable of processing up to 50 pounds per hour an 8 inch stone burr mill is a perfect size for use in small mills and bakeries or as a test mill in large mills and bakeries. The 8 inch stone burr mill is available in five configurations, the assembly A, the assembly B, the assembly C, a hand-operated configuration, and the 8" stone burr mill only. When purchasing the 8" stone burr mill only the buyer is responsible for providing a foundation upon which the stone burr mill is mounted, the electric motor, and the belt drive with guard.
The housings surrounding the millstones are cast from ductile iron. The bearings are bronze sleeves, which are pressed into the housings of the stone burr mill. The shaft is 3/4 inch diameter. The 8 inch stone burr mill requires a 1-hp 1,750-rpm electric motor and operates at 875-rpm. A 1-hp electric motor is available for use with either a single-phase or 3-phase electrical supply. For those configurations that include an electric motor, a 1-hp 60-hertz single-phase 120/240-vac electric motor is standard. For those configurations that include an electric motor, an on/off switch with 8 foot power cord is included (mills shipped within the United States only). A 7-quart plastic hopper is included with each 8 inch stone burr mill. The feed tray is fabricated from stainless steel. The 8 inch stone burr mill does not include a grain cleaning screen, therefore, any grain or corn to be processed in the 8 inch stone burr mill must be cleaned prior to processing.

assembled, and includes a parts list and operator's instructions. The

downloaded here. The approximate domestic
shipping weight of the 8 inch stone burr mill varies from 150 to 425 pounds
depending upon the configuration. The approximate
international shipping weight of the 8 inch stone burr mill varies from 200 to
