Capable of processing up to 150 pounds per hour the 12 inch Natural stone burr mill is
a perfect size for use in small
mills and bakeries. The housings
surrounding the millstones are precision laser-cut from hot-rolled steel.
The bearings are graphite mounted sealed roller bearings. The shaft is 1 1/4
inch diameter, turned ground and
polished. The 12 inch stone burr mill requires a 5-hp 1,750-rpm
electric motor and operates at 700-rpm. A 5-hp electric motor is available
for use with either a single-phase or 3-phase electrical supply. A 7-quart plastic
hopper is included with each 12 inch stone burr mill. The feed tray is
fabricated from stainless steel. The 12 inch stone burr mill does not
include a grain cleaning screen, therefore, any grain or corn to be processed in
the 12 inch stone burr mill must be cleaned prior to processing. Optional
items include a magnetic motor starter, amp meter, v-belt drive with guard, 0 to
200 degree thermometer, and mill stand
with casters.
The 12 inch stone burr mill is shipped domestically by common carrier, crated and fully assembled, and includes a parts list and operator's instructions. The approximate domestic shipping weight of the 12 inch stone burr mill is 750 pounds. The approximate international shipping weight of the 12 inch stone burr mill is 1,000 pounds.
