Center Dog Headblock

The Meadows center-dog
headblock has replaceable face plates made from 1/2" x 4" cold roll steel.
The wear strips between base and knee are made from 3/8" UHMW.
Replaceable steel slides are found on the headblock base. Adjusting chains are cut
from double 80 chain on hardened steel sprockets. Each knee will taper individually
up to 4". The dogs are made from 3/4" wide hot roll steel. The
vertical movement of the dogs is controlled by a 1" x 12" hydraulic cylinder and
the horizontal movement is controlled by a 1" x 4" hydraulic cylinder.
Optional master dog and log flippers mount on the solid side plates.
