Meadows Model 5 Hammer Mill

The Meadows model model 5 hammer mill is ideally suited for those persons who require a durable utility grinder with compact design.  All Meadows hammer mills are available in a bottom discharge configuration or a materials-handling fan discharge configuration.  The horsepower requirement for the model 5 hammer mill varies from 7 1/2-hp to 15-hp depending upon the discharge configuration and the product to be processed.  Electric motors with horsepower up to 10-hp are offered in single-phase and 3-phase; a 15-hp electric motor is 3-phase only.  Motor starters to suit your voltage are also available.  Gasoline and diesel engines may also be used to drive the model 5 hammer mill.
